Regarding API Bankruptcy

I wanted to clarify our position regarding all claims on API Service Contracts sold by Harry Green's.

First of all, we must inform all customers involved that we will honor all claims to the fullest extent of the policies. This includes cancellations, refunds as well as claims.

We need to post this letter to our website and direct people there when they have questions about their policies.

Also we need to have this letter ready for posting or e-mailing in order to get this information into the customer's hands.

Finally, our management staff should be prepared to talk in person whenever anyone needs to discuss specific issues. To avoid confusion, I suggest the following managers as contacts for our customers: Frank Smith, General Sales Manager; Bruce Moore, Chevrolet Sales Manager; Jay Sabo, Finance Manager; Kim McClain, Office Manager; Paul Knotts, Service Director.

I want to inform our customers of specific details regarding their policies.

Harry Green Chevrolet, Jeep, Nissan is backing all valid claims. It is true that the re-insurance company has filed bankruptcy.

Our customers have no worries about getting any legitimate monies due them. There should be no confusion about this. Harry Green's is honoring all such claims.

I want to make sure there is absolutely no doubt in the customer's minds concerning this.

Harry Green's has been in business for nearly 50 years. We have always taken pride in our reputation as a business with integrity.

We fully back all products that we sell, no exceptions.

I hope this letter clarifies the situation for our customers, and I encourage them to call one of our managers listed above if there are any concerns.
